This is where the wedding and related events will take place! We are looking to keep everyone together, as much as possible for a "sleep-away camp" kind of experience with daily winter activities. The Post Hotel was love at first sight for us, and the first venue we toured. The staff is welcoming, helpful and a lot of fun. Wildlife isn't uncommon to see walking between cabins and there's one of North America's most famous ski mountains one property over! This is truly the best way to experience the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
The Post Hotel is a small Swiss-style lodge with rooms in the main house and a few cabins to choose from. We have a special "Knight Wedding" rate available through to November 14, 2018.
There are several different room types: many accommodating 3 - 4 guests for families or those that would like to share a space. Some room types even have a loft space and 2 bathrooms.
Breakdown of room options can be found here:
We have reserved room type A, B, D, E, G, K, L, M, along with the Post Lodge Suite and the Fairview Cabin. There is a "discounted view", which overlooks the parking lot and the mountains, and the "preferred view" which is an unobstructed view of the mountains. Knightx2 rates begin at $284CND/night ($217USD/night). Please CALL TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNTED RATE, which is 20% off anything you see at the link above. We have a room block reserved so you will not see full availability on the website. We are looking to keep Knightx2 guests together on the 2nd and 3rd floors or in one of the cabins/houses on property.
Across the highway, there is a hotel with a lower per night price point. It's very close (10 minute drive) and makes a good alternative for those looking for a more affordable option.
